Yoga For Stress: Beat Stress With These Free Yoga Videos Under 30 Minutes

"I have so much to accomplish today that I must meditate for two hours instead of one.” - Ghandi. 
I love this quote. It reminds me that no matter how busy or stressed out I feel, meditating or practicing yoga can help me accomplish more and put things in perspective. While Ghandi’s advice is great in theory, sometimes you really DO have a lot to do. Whether other people are depending on you at work, you’ve got children to care for, or you just don’t have very many spoons, meditating for 2 hours is not always doable. So to help you make the most of those busy and stressful days, I’ve found 5, free online yoga for stress videos to help you manage find deep relaxation. 
1. Yoga with Cindie for relaxation and pain relief (20 mins)
Cindie’s yoga for stress video, is done entirely on the floor. A couple positions may be challenging but I think you will find the video relaxing and a great release to the neck and shoulders.

2. Yoga with Kris for stress relief (25 mins)
Another video done all on the floor. There are a couple energetic down dogs but you can skip these if necessary. Great to do at the end of a long day!

3. Yoga with Adrienne quick stress fix (5 mins- standing) 
For those of us really short on time! Adrienne’s quick yoga for stress video is great to do whenever you have 5 minutes. And I know you can find at least 5 minutes! The video is done standing, but the stretches are gentle and easy to follow.

4. Bed yoga with me (10 mins)
Nice to do if you’ve just woken up and have already started running through your to do list. Take 10 minutes to de-stress before you even get out of bed.

5. Yoga for sleep and relaxation (15 minutes) 
This yoga for stress video is a perfect evening practice, helping calm the body and relieve the stress of the day so you can get a good night’s sleep.
