Each video is only 10 minutes long. I know you've got a busy schedule with a business to run and all, so all you need is 10 minutes a day to participate in this challenge.

What is it?
The challenge is 10 different, 10-minute videos spread over 2 weeks (you'll rest on the weekend or repeat your favourite video). Each lesson is designed to unleash your creativity while also using principles from yoga and mindfulness to improve your health. The videos vary from challenging physical practices to relaxing restorative practices.

This yoga challenge is designed for creative entrepreneurs, freelancers, and artists who want to find a "healthy mind in a healthy body". That being said, anyone who wants to build a regular yoga routine and boost their creativity is welcome to join!
Hi! I'm Kayla. I'm a traveling yogi and freelance writer and am excited to share my practice with other creatives. My daily yoga practice helps me keep physically healthy (read about my journey with chronic illness here). Yet I find certain practices help me connect with my inner creativity and curiosity. I've cultivated a yoga practice that helps me get into my flow, and I want to share that with my fellow creatives!
How much is it?
Free free free! Nada dollars! In the future, I may add a very small fee to help cover the costs of running the challenge, but my goal with this challenge is to make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of your budget!
