YOU CAN FEEL BETTER WITH YOGA.

I know, Because I've been there.

What if I never get better? What if my friends and family can't, or won't support me anymore? What will happen if I just Na-ma-stay in bed all day?

Even if the thought of meditation causes perspiration, I'll walk you through the principles of yoga and mindfulness in a non-denominational easy to understand way so that you can reduce pain and have more energy in your day.

What is Yoga?

Modern Yoga is based on an ancient system of spiritual beliefs, and religious, moral and ethical codes. Today, the benefits of Yoga as a health management system has brought yoga to people from all over the world. Yoga is a series of poses, linked together by breath and flowing movements. The aim of yoga is to stretch and strengthen the body while bringing peace to the mind.

What are the Benefits of Yoga?

People who practice Yoga may experience:

  • Increased energy
  • Improved sleep (both falling asleep and staying asleep)
  • Increased strength and flexibility
  • A decrease in daily stress
  • Improved balance

Students of yoga have reported help in managing chronic illnesses such as CFS/M.E, Fibromyalgia, Anxiety, and Depression. Yoga may also help safely heal and prevent injuries.

Many people practice yoga as a form of stress relief. It's one of the biggest benefits of yoga, and, unlike other forms of exercise that may be more strenuous, yoga is gentle enough to be practised even on days when you don't really feel like getting out of bed.
