 A few notes for the practices:

- Wear loose comfortable clothing or yoga clothes

- Keep a water bottle or cup of herbal tea nearby

- You don't need anything other than a yoga mat, but it can be helpful to have a couple of pillows, a blanket, and a block or book with you to use during the practices.
