If you've been reading this blog, you know that sleep is an important topic for me. It's something that I still struggle with, but my sleep has improved dramatically since I've started implementing the tools I discuss in this video.
Sleep is one of the most important tools we have for healing. If we aren't sleeping well most nights, it's difficult for our bodies to get the rest that they need to heal. If you struggle with chronic illness and sleep, I'd love to hear what you think about this video!
