12 Tips to Improve Sleep Quality

Let’s face it: We all have good days and bad days with our health. Sometimes you just have one of those days where you can't shake your symptoms. Sometimes we do nothing but rest and still feel tired the next day. Sometimes computers break, or there's an emergency at school and when you crawl into bed that night, you know you're going to wake up feeling like you've slept on the wrong side of the bed.

Often, that wrong side of the bed metaphor is particularly apt when it comes to sleep and health. The problem is, we’re getting far too little of sleep and it’s making a negative impact on our health. We’re turning to billions of dollars in sleep aids and hacks, but still about one-third of us are not getting enough snoozing hours so that our bodies can repair and reboot.
